Used to, but I don't use that mod any more. As far as I can recall I could've had more slots than this too but I wasn't using that equipment in this shot.
The backpack slots are just water/tools but all the tools are probably in my inventory in that shot since I was using them at time.

2 is for hatchet
3 is for canteen
4 is for pistol/flashlight
5 is for knife/flashlight

Problem is at a point having all those things out of your backpack makes you lose a lot of carrying space. That’s why I only carry the essentials outside of my bag.
1: for main melee/ gun (usually a crowbar)
2: hammer
3: flashlight
4: walkie-talkie (so I can listen to the emergency broadcast)
5: some sort of side weapons (knife, pistol, hatchet ect)
And I carry a canteen in my inventory so auto drink can work.
My main bag is reserved for loot and the side punches are for other stuff like medicine, snacks, spare water, ammo, spare weapons pen/pencil/eraser and saw and screwdriver
