Soft Launch 6/29/2024, Grand Opening to follow!
Joint Task Force Valetudo is an upcoming, PvE cooperative roleplay server set in Kentucky in 2014. As the United States and the rest of the world begins to succumb to a new, rapidly spreading disease, multiple federal and state task forces have been activated to respond to contain the spread of the virus and regain law and order. You will be able to play as a member of this task force, either serving as a active duty member assigned to the Task Force, a reserve or National Guard who was pulled into the Task Force after their unit fell, or as a civilian.
JTFV is a community made up of roleplay veterans who have over ten years experience in various serious, text based roleplays. Many of our staff are military and therefor can present a uniquely accurate experience -- without all the LARPing BS.
The narrative is directly influenced by our players as we have introduced several systems to ensure players are not just soldiers but lively, contributing members of the Task Force who's actions and decisions can alter the entirety of Knox County.
