I based out of the American Tire right on the east edge of Westpoint. I mostly lived in the garage and the pictured storage area as I did not have enough time to fully develop the rest of the base.

Here where my info and skill tabs, I wasn't able to find carpentry books early enough so that skill is lower I would have liked. By the very end of my playthrough I also managed to level up my sprinting skill.
After an unfortunate bite well out looting an EHE airdrop, I decided to go out in style and proceded to burn down half of westpoint, including the police station I unfortunately never looted.
