A mod in my mod list spawn somekind bomb zombie, I can't find

There have chance that a zombie will spawn with a handmade bomb in his inventory, and this zombie will throw bomb to you which almost 100% kill you, its quite annoying.
You will here a voice say something(sorry I don't understand what is it) when suddenly an explosion firing around you, the explosion damage is about 20 hp but there will a lots flame🔥 spawn all surround you, by the time you escape from this hell you are already burn to death its all coincidence that I killed a zombie behind metal fence where I find this zombie somehow have a handmade bomb in his inventory, so I assume this is the reason. Anyone can help?

Problem solved, its a mod called “Trade Hunter”, this mod will spawn a NPC which sells item to you but somehow it spawn zombie "NPC" and when u kill it, it goes off
