Everytime i open my world and i try to attack my character swings verry slow like im using a 2 handed weapon with 1 hand but on any weapon and it gets fixed if i remove ANY piece of clothing even a watch

Do you have any mods enabled? Does it happen without them?

Are you sure you are not overencumbered or hurt in that case?

Some clothing items can also slow down attack speed
