I need help designing this base

Is anyone good at base design cause I've got this entire warehouse and I have no idea what rooms to hold what, I've got like four people living here with me and it's so cluttered and weird and I'd like to organize the rooms and stuff pls help

I'd say it depends on your loot settings and playthrough type, personally I'm more of a gun guy so the detached segment to the right I would dedicate fully to the armory, the large left section I would split into two parts, the larger top area for materials and the bottom area for tools ect, the top area with the two grey garage doors for storing vehicles and possibly mechanics stuff (otherwise that goes in the larger area aswell) and the middle part can be your living space with different rooms for kitchen, bedroom, medical storage, pantry ect.
