Game does not answer during loading

I get a black screen the sound are there , but no image just black

this happen in sigleplayer , I do not know if to online also

If you have an AMD graphics card, then the recent driver for it is causing issues in OpenGL games such as Project Zomboid.
I recommend updating your drivers to the latest driver version from the AMD website: https://www.amd.com/en/support
