And I found it by foraging, just a bit further away from the camping site BY ACCIDENT! WHAT THE HELL!
And I know this is a very rare item to find, but honestly I don't know if it is the rarest, like the n°1, the one on top of the list... you get it.

It’s like the rarest item you can find, as it can either only spawn in bob and Kate’s house in muldraugh or through foraging, never heard of finding it in any other house
