everytime i click play it just does not open, Any fixes?

Can you try using the "Alternate launch" option when launching the game through Steam? If the game fails to start again, can you share your console.txt file, found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?

It works, however i want to run the game without Alternate launch

it always happens whenever i either format my pc or buy a new one

That is likely because your Windows install might be missing the latest redistributables, which is required to run some .exes, like the PZ one
