Only Up 😎

Had a bit of an explosion in player numbers over this last weekend which is great! We peaked at 14 players ❤️

100 Days Gone!

Season 2 so far has been a roaring success and I'm super happy that we've got ourselves an active player base now. Even after all this time, the map is so large that not every place has been visited yet.

There were some hicups with the power settings, but those are all fixed now. Everyone will have power for a little while longer (after which, it can be repaired again)!

GREAT Ping in Europe!

We reached an all-time-high of Time Played on the server today. Life is good!

The new mod list has improved performance by quite a bit and we have plenty of memory to spare for more players. Also, the server was just upgraded to 32 GB!

The Wipe is still fresh and with more map protection active this season, the new-player-experience is better than it has been before. Note that we have respawning loot every real-life day!

Note: Joining the server for the first time will trigger a mod download. This'll take some time - Over 400 mods are active on the server (The 'Sophie' Collection in its full splendour!).
This is a one-time thing, so once you have the mods, you'll be able to join MUCH more quickly.

Looking for a fresh experience? Season 5 Launches TONIGHT!

The server is heading into its fifth season which means it's time for a FULL WIPE! Fresh new world, new characters, new challenges, all built on the battle-tested foundation of the 'Sophie' mod collection.

Every season is a chance for me to swap around some mods and introduce some new gameplay challenges. This season will feature an evolving world that is affected by the players. Louisville and West Point are highly hazardous and only the most prepared survivors should dare to venture here - But work is underway to find ways of mitigating or even removing this threat - Stay tuned for some events!

Mo Zombies, Mo Problems?
Sprinters have been slightly slowed down to improve experience for our NA players.

Sprinters? Yeah, we got em! A small fraction of zombies are turned into sprinters, they'll screech to announce their presence (to warn you, this won't alert other zombies) and they're running at 50% speed compared to Vanilla sprinters. Pretty fair overall, come check it out!

Season 7 Maintenance & Launch Dates

Yo, Survivors!

I hope you're enjoying our end-of-season mayhem. Remember that you can still earn rewards for next season by participating in server events.

The server will go into maintenance on <t:1739365200:F>. It'll be unavailable until the official launch of Season 7. We are migrating the server node once more, which means the server's IP address is going to change. More details will follow in later announcements.

Why a mid-week maintenance? So we can open the server in time for the weekend of course!

~ Season 7 will launch on <t:1739548800:F>! ~

As teased before, there will be some changes that should make this season one of our most interesting ones yet. For starters, there will only be one spawn location - Located in the south-east of Knox County. This will serve as a community hub, a space to do trading, events and to meet other survivors to team up with. Further spawn locations may open up as the season progresses, possibly through events. Respawning in your safehouses will of course still be allowed.

Master crafter or jack-of-all-trades? - To encourage trading and faction play there will be a limit to how many skills you can master. This limit will mainly depend on the skill bonuses you choose during character creation (the ones you get from your profession and from some traits). More details to follow!

Some mods will also be swapped out! We'll have some brand-new vehicles but also another complete swap of firearms as Vanilla Firearms Extended (+Addons) will replace Guns of 93 for a lightweight and balanced approach that still offers plenty of choices for the gun nuts out there.

That's all for now but watch this space for more news. Also, tell your friends because the server has yet to reach its limits and this season may run quite a bit longer than usual...

We're about to head into our seventh season, which will bring a plethora of changes! We're introducing some light RP elements to add more depth to the zone. Survival will depend on cooperation to some degree, so join up and find a faction or start your own!

We've been live for ONE DAY now and the players have been busy! Striking out from the central spawn point to clear the roads leading to Rosewood and Muldraugh, which are now also available as spawn points (or grab a one-way-taxi from the community hub!).

We still have a ton of modded content, but this season is a little more grounded with the swap from Brita's Armor to more appropriate options and the revert from Guns of 93 to VFE + Addons. Performance is good, player count is good. Come and join while the world is still young! zombie

Big News! - Wipe this Weekend!

Season 9 begins later this week. We're keeping the big map and after trying out semi-open PvP for a while, we've decided to revert back to PvE, reserving player vs player bouts for events.

If you had a go at Season 8 but found it too restrictive - Rejoice! We're increasing the frequency of loot respawns across the board, implementing a new economy base system and skill limiters are a thing of the past.
