There are few mods that replace the background, i bet it’s just a simple image replace in the game files. You can look at the source code and just use that

Before u replace the background u should move the decals in the back a bit more so they're behind the ivy

You can just turn the roughness all the way up and go into weight painting mode, select the vertex group for the left leg and check it
