I once had a similar start in a server, on Westpoint. I literally spawned in the mids of a small horde inside a house, couldn't even run.

Never had zombies in my starter house, but I have spawned in the middle of a crowded parking lot on a custom map. Was pulled down and eaten before the game was even finished loading in. Good times!
