so basivcally i run a dedi server and i use gportal yeah yeah i know. I changed a setting named saveworldeveryminutes, and it seems to have removed all of the modded maps within the game, does anyone know a fix or a way to reset chucnks or even a way to reset the entire world but keep player progression?

That doesn't remove map, seems like a gportal problem

That setting does not have to do anything with the maps, I would assume this is just a side effect on a problem on Gportals side
