I died after getting bitten in a car after i heard the door "shut", I'm honestly sick of this bug.

Yes I know that, I heard the car door close and still got bitten, then when I checked the window it was indeed closed
Might have been because it's a car from a mod but I don't know 🤷

I got tired of that too tbh. Even in my RL car the door will close if I get in and step on the throttle. Then I have to stop to get out and back in or root around in the V-menu. But not here... So I found this mod and it's worked well even with modded cars so far.

I get that it's suppoese to be some kind of "attention to detail" thing, but this is one detail that just doesn't add to the gameplay.
And if that's too "cheaty" for you this one surely isn't. Even in 1993 most/many cars had an indicator like this.
