Is this a good location for a base in Louisville? It is the gated community closest to the river. I can block it with vehicles but I don't know if it would be better to take the southeastern gated community instead.

i mean thats why im asking.
its convenient, because its close to the important parts of louisville, but its deep in, so water becomes an issue if i dont book it to the river constantly

This is why I based here in Louis, it is a cool location with all the fancy mansions and it has the infinite water source at the fountain. But really I just like the location and would make it work no matter what
