My Riverside Gas Station Base

Took me a long time, but here's my base at the Fossoil station at Riverside. I built the base and the crops area on top of the convenience store, then completely surrounded it with wooden walls. Broke the side of the convenience store wall, built a gate there, and now it is my garage. It's now equiped with six rain barrels, a generator, TV, microwave, fridge, bed and everything. Also, needless to say... all the fuel I need, right at my yard!

Why do you not put your rain barrel on the roof and plumb them to a sink ?

Wouldn't it make the barrel feed tainted water to the sink?

The important part is having your water just being clean in your barrel

Also you can always make the water no tainted very easily by cooking it

But I'd have to constantly climb to the roof to fill the barrel with clean water

Also I'd have to build a roof over the barrel to protect it from tainted rain water

Where do you get your clean water from lol ?

I boil the water I get from the barrels then store it in the water dispenser I took from the police station lol

Then you will always have tainted water in your barrels then

Doesn't matter if it's on the roof or not

But if you want clean water in your sink, then you need to fill it yourself

Just here if you want to access water from inside your house instead of outside, you can have a sink

Then do your stuff, boil it, fill your water dispenser

Woahhhhh that’s so awesome! I’m posted up in the fire station in Rosewood because it was spacious and easy to secure, but an oil station has that amazing bonus of having fuel right inside your base, which I’ll have to drive across town to get. Also u have some nice decor! Great base setup 👍🏼

No it auto filters water if you plumb it into a sink, you are fine to do it

I can approve this, plumbing a barrel to a sink makes the water taken from the sink directly drinkable (of course, if you still take it from the barrel, it will be tainted)
