how long did this take to build?
around 12 hours, most of that time was just finding propane and welding rods

Add a catwalk that you can shoot from and throw bombs/Molotov's from
(although might wanna be careful about the molly's)
also line the interior of the wall with pits with spikes like N3na3 suggested.
it looks like you have enough space to do that while still being able to walk around the interior
