Our Project Zomboid Server: IP: 83.223.203.165 PORT: 28400

This is a Project Zomboid PVE dedicated server. We are a small, friendly community on Discord too that plays a bunch of other "survival craft" games, but PZ is one of our staples and our server has been online for over a year.

About our Mods

Over 100 mods installed that are Lore Friendly
Tons of cars and crafting mods are included including Masonry, Blacksmithing, Expanded First Aid, LV Skillbooks, Music, Dancing, Meditation, Scavenging, Tinkering, etc.
Expanded Vanilla Firearms, and loads of other gear improvement
More Traits, Lifestyle, Vaccine, and other mods have added many new traits/perks.

Zombie Lore

We have Sprinters and Smart zeds, although they are somewhat rare
Slow zombification
Vaccine mod installed, but requires building a lab and tons of resources - which can be challenging.
Zombie respawns are very slow
Some buildings have Spore zones / cordyceps which carry the Knox Virus (get a gasmask!)
Loot respawn is off
Periodic (expanded) Helicopter Events.

We wiped in December. Time is 4x slower than vanilla. Still a very fun time. Currently end of year 2 in game.

added Discord to Project Zomboid server connection, enabling in-game /all to communicate with our Discord members, and vice versa!
added dedicated RCON channel to our Discord for (moderator/admin) to better manage our server without needed to launch the game client.

Hey, when was the last server wipe? I see no loot respawns, so wondering how big the player base is/if there is any potential for starting out on your own as a newbie or if it is all controlled by others now

Last wipe was in December. We've removed Muldrough and Rosewood respawns due to low loot. Player base is a small, cooperative and very relaxed community - 95% of us are on our Discord (Willow Hill Games). It is definately possible and very doable to start out fresh, alone, etc. I actually test this with my "testdummy" account pretty often to make sure the early game experience is still a good one for new players.

Been on Willow hill for quite a bit now and it is a fun experience. The no loot respawn brings new challenges when spawning in starter towns, but it also encourages foraging more. Overall amazing server!

I tried playing solo for a while and was not very good. I joined this server and it's a completely different story. It's hard and I die all the time but it's fun and people are friendly and helpful. The voice chat is great and means you're able to chit chat while trying not to die.

The mods are super fun and the people in charge are fast to respond to any questions.

Pretty sure I still hold the highest amounts of deaths on the server, but it's to fun to leave.

Player run stores... Evil cultists populating graveyards with hidden areas and special loot.... Shared bases... Shared bases which had an oopsie... Group outings... Working together like a bunch of squirrels to gather precious loots/treasures...

Custom car collections with local militias... Having a few drinks before departing in the morning for another adventure.... custom icky purple cars.... motorbike taxi service... Defending together against zombie horde attacks... Making more noise than you should.... Aaaaaaand being told you're having too much fun so stop taking pictures.
