WHY IS IT SNOWING IN APRIL?? I JUST PLANTED GRAPES!

I planted grapes in winter naively after being told "Oh you can plant stuff year around" which is technically true, nothing is stopping you from sowing seeds. BUT THE PLANTS WILL DIE. Grape seeds ain't easy to find yknow! I had to dig through that rotten stuff! I have just sown my last 6 seeds AND IT STARTS TO SNOW THE DAY OF!
