ghille on kingsmouth?

i found a ghille zombie at the military base on kingsmouth island and i thought that the didn't spawn? is this a new discovery or did people already now this?

I also managed to find a ghille zombie near the louisville military checkpoint, I wasn't even aware there was a vanilla ghille suit up until that point. It's just a very rare spawn I guess.
