Building actually a Map and looked at the Image the Devs showed us for Build 42.

seems like we become a Powerplant? Yellow line is the power-supply line that goes to the Powerplant.

Im guessing industrial or maybe military/science.

because what would make sense in my brain, is usually in a zombie type movie, they use prisoners as test subjects, "see how the virus" works.
and its located right next to the prison.

It could be both. An old not anymore used powerplant thats used by the military as u say.

But i believe its Just a powerplant, the powerline stops exactly at that building. Which building needs such powerlines too?
Maybe + defensed by military to let the Power online as long as possible. But who knows. We will see it in 42 😉
