hah, that happened to me only two weeks ago and I've got 1000hrs+ by now. I was transferring things from my inventory to the seats in a busted car with no fuel and a zed came knocking. The car being busted already it only took a couple of hits and he was through and I was stuck in the transferring items animation thing with no way to defend myself, switch seats or get out.

ive done that and got a laceration on my neck after slamming into a pole, barely manage to survive and spent the next fear hours, staying in home, praying to god I don't bleed out.
Luckily didn't but it took FOREVER to heal with slow healer lmao
