Nice find, but this is going to be a hell of a lot of work, the engine is always the most important part of the car.
Dismantling wrecked / burned cars and fencing gives a good amount of resources, just got to make sure you have enough propane

if i remember correctly the vhs tapes with book bonus gets you to level 4, you will have to do manual grinding until level 5 to repair everything
