Most likely corpse sickness if you have no wounds

well your heat is going down thats a good sign, if you stay hot you are infected

I believe if you get bitten, it doesn't go away like normal scratches and stuff. though im still learning the game.
make sure you're not around alot of bodies, you'll get sick from it, the longer you're around the bodies, the quicker you get sick.
wear a gas mask or leave the area for awhile until your sickness fades.

Unless you have a mod masks do nothing against corpse sickness yet. In build 42 it will.
