Safe House Settings.

Must survive 3 ig days to claim one
Can be any building. (Just remember what ever you set as a base the loot will not respawn)
Can not be looted by players not in the faction
inactive baes will loose protection after two weeks.
destruction of safe houses by other must be done with sledgehammer
