Making maps appear on the in game player map

So ive added a handful of modded maps to my server and some of them appear on the players map but a lot of them don't. Adding them to the spawn locations makes them appear but I don't want players spawning at like random checkpoint 4 ya know? Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
