#Trouble creating multiple accounts on server

I'm renting out a server on g-portal,, on which i have set the setting to allow 2 accounts per user, however any time i try to create a new account it will display "unknown account username". How do i go about creating a second account on this server?

Do you have whitelist enabled perhaps? Or are you adding special characters in the username?

I have tried with the white list on and with the server fully available to the public and in neither case i was able to join.
Correct me if i'm wrong but making a separate account should only require signing into the same server with a different "Account username" and Account Password" right?

You are correct, the error basically just means that the server cannot find the username in the player database

Happens if you have whitelist turned on but do not allow non whitelisted people to join
