XP Mod - 8x XP and it affects Passives. Recovery Journal is craftable and recovers 70% of skills including passives. Don't let death stop you. You can regain your skills quickly. You also have 10 free Trait Points.
Loot - All loot is set to Rare, one level above Insane and one level below Default. Loot Respawn is set to monthly.
Zombies and Combat - Zombie count is (High) with Long Memory and Eagle Vision. Multihit is on. They are set to gather into large groups. Zombies can not destroy player constructions. 1% Sprinters, disabled at night.
Day and Night - Day length is 1 hour and Night time lighting is set to Dark. One level below Default with Normal length.
Corpse Removal, Item Removal, Blood - All corpses, including player corpses, are removed after 216 hours. Blood splatter is disabled.
Water and Electric - Both are disabled by default. Water in pipes will go bad and plumbed pipes will need filters to provide drinkable water. (edited)

Weather - Weather is set to a "Colder, Rainier" climate.
Farming, Fishing, Foraging - Farms grow faster but provide less. Farms require less watering. Fishing and Foraging provide less.
Generators and Rotting Food - Generators will not use Fuel. If you can't log in every day don't worry. Food is set to the highest "freshness" setting and will be safe longer in Fridges/Freezers.
Meta Events - Helicopter event can happen whenever. Random Meta events will happen often. Sleeping event is disabled. Zombies can stand back up after being killed.
Fire - Fire spread is disabled and can not harm safe houses. Your home is safe if your generator blows up.
