Only way to without mods is via debug/admin mode using the brush tile editor and deleting that layer, to my knowledge

I think those are floor tiles though and not the wooden floors players can make, so you’d have to remove those tiles before putting new flooring down. I believe.

Nah you should be good just ripping carpet up from some ramdom house and putting it down here it covers fine 🙂
