#Problems with Dedicated Server

Hi everyone! I have a issue with the dedicated server. I installed it through SteamCMD, I configurated the "servertest" and I turn on the server, I added it in favorites and I joined it with out problem, but when my friends try to connect, the game says " the server do not respond". I checked the ports (16261 and 16262) and they are open. I don't know how I can fix it. To conect it my friends put my IP at "IP" and they leave empty "local ip".

Just to rule out any user error, can you send me the IP privately so I can test out a connection?

If it fails to work for me, it would mean that your ports are still blocked
