So I recently set up a dedicated server to play with friend, my game language is english and my friend's game language is also english, but tv's and radio speak russian for both of us. Well, it makes sense because my system language is russian, but I couldn't find any language setting is server. It kinda sucks that my friend can't understand what is on tv. All the forums and guides I searched don't have info about it or are outdated. Any help?

TV and Radio language is always the same as the language of the operating system that the server is hosted on

It being based on the machine language and not the game language seems like an oversight. This seems like an easy thing to change...

Possibly, but the fix is not in this version, so I have nothing I can recommend other than changing the language
