hardly any good loot, a lot of zombies, nearly all the buildings are dirty and ugly

barely any sheds so annoying for early game

if its about gens them theres two other main places you can look with high gen spawn

well sheds are easier to loot than warehouses, can have gens, sledges, tools, and are quicker to loot

the warehouses have a lot of zombies

and u can easily go somewhere else with high gen chances

w much less zombies

well ya if your thing is to empty if of all good loot.
but that shouldent be a driveaway at all. the werehoue easyly hast 30-40 sheads worth of loot. zombies arnt that much of a problam at all if you use guns, or know your way around a fence.

vhs store is good tho yeah but its right next to the highway it can be annoying sometimes dealing w the zeds

and plus rosewood as the prison armoury which isnt that hard to get into has has muuch more loot, alongside the police station

but its not really a wase of ammo with what you can get, and plus so long you know how to gun corectly you can clear out most places easyly

and if your just that picky about zombies you can just blast your horn on the small side road and getem off the highway

That one big warehouse usually spawns with like 20 metal sheets in total

It has plenty of good loot have you never been there, It does have a lot of zombies but it has a lot of loot so that makes sense and it's dirty because it's run down, Everything you said was not truthful except for the zombies go back to Rosewood.
