EULA questions server rewards.

Hello! Just wanted to ask what's allowed and what's not for server owners to do.

Donation rewards in my server: (supposed to implement)
• Global Monthly Effects - the idea is that when a donation goal is made the server whole server gets exp boosts, starting items for all players that month.

Some servers that I scouted do these:
• In game coins depending on the amount of donation (I dont do this but I see lots of servers doing it so is it legal? If not then how can we report this?)
• In game items (ofc, I dont do this also but lots of servers making it pay to win too.)
• Modded items in game such as flags car skin etc

Ah, I apologize for asking in tech support, it just seems like I can get answers here directly and easily, but I'm willing to close if there's a problem, is there a channel where I can ask these questions on? And how do we report Eula breakers?

I will confirm with you later, but from my understanding:

• Global effects for everyone are allowed
• Coins that you can use for any in-game item purchases or in game boosts are not allowed
• Neither are in game items as stated above
• Skins are debatable, but as far as I know they are not allowed either.

Correction, cosmetic items are allowed more or less
