Is there a way to return a save without a backup? My friends and I just died due to a bug, but we didn't back up our last save. We want to go back to a save so that everything goes back to normal. (we saved the game several times, please someone tell me if there is a way to go back🙏)

As far as I know unless you use a dedicated server that auto backups multiple saves at a time, and your only save file is corrupted by a bug, then you'll have to start a new save and maybe try to patch some of the old saves files over and see which ones are corrupted?

Isn't there a save folder that tells you exactly what time it was saved? (yes my server has automatic saving)

I'm sorry I wish I was more experienced, I've always gotten fed up and done new games when I get gamebreaking bugs.
Splitting costs with friends for a cheap dedicated server tho meant I could save backups of worlds like crazy just in case I needed them

If you have backups turned on, they will be located in the C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid\backups folder
Check if the dates of the backup predate your issue
