Thanks to everyone who participated in the QZ last stand and helped us conclude the 3 season long narrative with a bang! Today I'm happy to announce a new game session set in entirely new circumstances!

  • Session 1: The Final Hour is set in the rural town of Ekron in the pre-apocalypse, that will slowly evolve into the madness of the initial outbreak and further.
  • The pre-apocalypse session will last for 1-7 IRL days and include various activities and opportunities for roleplay.
  • Drive a car! Own a house! Visit the local store! Own a store! Hang in the bar or diner! Have tarantino dialogues! Work in a laundromat!
  • Join law enforcement! Join the local biker gang and sell weed and guns, boost cars and beat people up on the bar's parking lot! (I'm serious, join the biker gang - shoot me a dm. I need people for the antagonistic faction)
  • Watch your suburban paradise turn into nightmare and live out the initial outbreak with us right untill the bitter end.
  • Lose your mind. Eat your friends.
    The game starts approx in a week, everyone interested - hop right in, write your app (short) and stand by for the test runs.

Honesty 10/10 community amazing admins that make the game more interactive, RP servers are also the best type of server in my opinion, and the mods that have been selected cover every need that you will have and if somehow it doesn't the admins are quick to add it during down time. once again just a phenomenal server. bunnydance

Just a friendly reminder for folks who decide that the ad caught their eye - this is a roleplaying project, with the focus being heavy roleplay and brutal apocalyplse.
I get that some folks just want to loot and shoot, but this aint really the place for munchkins. I hope you boys find a place that suits you better so you won't have to waste your time on something that doesn't - this is just a game afterall.
If hoarding, looting/shooting and generally collecting pixels is the name of the game for you - too bad, you'll get outnumbered and slowly filtered out of our community. I facilitate the type of play that focuses on emotions, experience, plot and atmosphere - not collecting pixels.

Alright chief! Season 2 has come to its conclusion, people lived and died, settlements formed and perished, and we evolved as a community!
Looking at the imminent launch of Season 3 (just a couple of days, were finishing the test runs), I'd say it's a perfect time to join, write an app and immerse yourself in our little apocalypse!

What we offer:

  • A heavy roleplay-centered and brutal apocalyptic experience in the best traditions of Cormac McCarthy's "The Road", Boyle's "28 Days Later", The Road Warrior, early seasons of TWD. One year in into the end of the world - there will be no freebies. Scavenge, craft, forage, hunt, strike deals and unlikely aliances. Nothing is free anymore, you'll give off a piece of yourself everyday, one way or another...
  • A tight community and a good bit of faction play to really sell that apocalyptic experience - join the The Riverside Quarantine Zone with its colonists and military personnel and rebuild the old world one brick at a time (at least that's the bullshit they tell us) and navigate the cut-throat world of bureaucracy and ration cards(yes we got ration cards). If you think you got what it takes, join the ruthless Hell's Rejects biker gang, heard they got a place for all kinds of misfits, raiders and oppurtunists in their camp. Or walk that edge like a true nomad and don't pick a side, but remember, trying to keep your hands clean is not the option for the faintest of hearts...
  • An extensive and hand-crafted modpack to really put you in that survivor mindset - reworked sleep, hunting, crafting and more. To thrive in this unforgiving world you will think outside of the box and use all you can to your advantage. Say goodbye to looting and shooting player mindset or die trying. Recycle everything and put it to use, hunt and forage using the immersive hunting system, use the lore friendly vehicle claim system (install a killswitch on your car), build and use locks.

@bold thorn hello there! A lot happened since then. The mainlanders dwelled far south and found their death in the infested territories. My group, The lighthouse(we lived in the Kingsmouth lighthouse), had to burn the place down and settle in Riverside Quarantine Zone cause of a huge horde. Then we died out one by one. Played in the QZ for a while, passed ration cards and jazz, but the gimmick outlived itself so we had a last stand all died and concluded the timeline.
Now we're prepping a new session, set in pre-apocalypse Ekron. Got people aboard, the game will be good
