we tried reinstallng and even downloading the files but theres to much.

in his pz files theres also no steamapps folder

Unsubscribe from the mod it shows in the error, then restart your Steam, then reconnect

This issue is generally caused by Double Sized Textures being turned off in the game options

#

Can your friend enable that setting?
