I'm making a base in the brightflag Inn down on RoseWood, I opened up rooms with the sledgehammer in order to open up the space but the lights are on, is there a way to turn them off?

If you destroyed the light switch then you will need to wait for the power to shut off

can these lights burn out? or is it only for light sources like lamps and stuff

Only lamps and similar, the built in house lights cannot burn out
