that message appears whenever i try to host a server for myself and friends i have no mods enabled and i am trying to used to stock settings does anyone know why its not working?

How much RAM are you assigning the server and how much total does your PC have?

4g ram assigned to the server

That PC is most likely not good enough to host a server then

The game itself needs a minimum of 3 GB and a server needs a minimum of 2 GB

#

That would put you way above your 4GB total
