About The Last of Zomboid.
The Last of Zomboid features extremely high summer temperatures and extremely cold winter temperatures, adding an additional layer to survival. Players can sleep, claim a respawn point, and kill each other. Loot does not respawn.
Why?
With Build 42 right around the corner, I wanted to simulate an environment with burning summers and frozen winters. This will force players to come up with unique ways to avoid dying to the climate, or worse, starvation.
Where do I spawn?
Players are spawned randomly, selected from just over 900 spawn points in Louisville, Riverside, West Point, Rosewood and March Ridge.
How many accounts can I have on this server?
We've limited the number of accounts a player can have to two to prevent abuse.
How often does loot respawn?
Never, lol!
Can I create a safehouse?
Safehouses can be created after 2 days of survival. (4 IRL hours).
What benefits does a safehouse offer?
Safehouses give players a respawn point. They provide no protections.
Rules on KOS?
Allowed and encouraged. You have no clue what the other person plans on doing to you.
What is the wipe schedule?
The server wipes every 4 months. Server may wipe earlier if majority of server votes for it.

Dallas, Texas.
Does the helicopter come out more than once?
Yes, you can expect to see the helicopter flying around about once every IRL day.
