- Electricity and Power is off from Day 1
- Zombie population is high (But manageable)
- Zombie respawns are low, but certain areas are forbidden to.. just don't go on the circled areas on the map
- Loot respawns every other month (As long as the player doesn't enter the tile it is within loot shall respawn in the certain area
