What are the chances of hearing an Early Access soundtrack when using this setting?

I'm assuming having this setting on Random means I'll sometimes hear the new soundtracks, and sometimes hear the old soundtracks. But so far I've only been hearing the new soundtracks with this on. How often do the old ones play?
