I had some questions as I'm trying to figure out which apps are the culprits for causing the game to crash. I'm fairly certain google is one of them. Sadly, I really like having videos play on the side while I game and wasn't sure if there would be any work arounds to stop google and PZ conflicting. I noticed Google has like 8 tabs in Task Manager, which I'm not sure if those are different processes it needs or if it's some sort of bog ware. Also, I saw in Task manager that PZ is using 100% of my memory and gpu. I don't really have settings that high as far as I'm aware and my fps isn't maxed out. I think I've got it set to 140, I usually play games at 240. Is this normal and maybe could this be adding to why it crashes?

I do not remember your original ticket so it would be good to fill me in on any details such as your specifications and what your issue is exactly

Having PZ at 140fps is really good depending on the resolution of your monitor

1080p, gtx 3080 ti, r 5700x (if I'm remembering the cause right). I was having issues with the game crashing and we used windows stability diagnostic to find a code that made it look like it was a drivers issue. Drivers update didn't fix the problem. You suggested removing background programs. I did that and it worked. I am currently in the process of figuring out which programs I can have run and seeing if I can make ones that clash with pz work with it.

As for my ram, I think it's 2 sticks of ddr 4. I'd have to check any specs on them to be sure. They're not shabby.

I assume by Google you mean Google Chrome?

It would be unlikely that that specifically would be causing the crashes, at least the standard version of it

So it was likely caused by something else

Game runs for hours with no apps open. Game crashes with only Google Chrome open.

I haven't tested discord or other apps. But I've tested Google over 3 times now. Played 3 times for over 2 hours each with no problem. If I have Google Chrome open, it crashes within a few minutes. If I open Google Chrome mid game, it can last about a half hour at most. So either there's something wrong with Google or pz really can't handle me having any other process running at all for some reason.

Or my PC has something wrong with it or how I have it set up.

Interesting... did you consider using the Edge browser instead?

Just as a test, it comes with Windows built in, I found it to be a pretty good if not a better alternative to Chrome.
