Is this a server you are running via a web host or one you are participating in?

But its your server?

Then you will need to contact the host and ask them if they are willing to increase the ping limit on the server

There is not a setting or ability for players client side to edit ping limits

That is if you own the server

You just said you do not own the server

Therein you cannot edit that file because the server owner is the one who has access to that file
