Surviving about 10 days and suddenly micro-freezes apears every time i click on right click. Is this problems with mods? I dont have a lot of them. This problem is only in singleplayer, didnt experienced this in MP with friends. How can i fix that?

It can generally be caused by mods, I can only recommend testing out a new save without them if possible? Or backup the save and remove the mods to test if the freezes stop
