Blurry Box when I exit the game

When I exit Project Zomboid it leaves a blurry box on the top right of my screen, if I reset Windows Explorer it goes way while its restarting but it returns when its done restarting

Idk what it is, but have u checked to see if u have the right graphics drivers?
