i installed multiple map expansions and they all seem to work except for fort redstone, i tried different load orders but it wont appear.

you might be using the wrong fort redstone version, There's older ones for build 40 and legacy that don't work. Try doing the newish redstone update 2.0 version on workshop.

strange, my only guess is either the map is then conflicting with another map/mod

try just running redstone and see if it works in general? maybe its bugged
