How many mods do you have? Once upon a time, when I had 450 active mods, I had the same problem. But it's usually because I had multiple heavy mods. What was even funnier is, I totally didn't see that some of my mods in the pack were just doing the same stuff and it added unnecessary weight. It could be that, because I opened up a server in around 20 mins. It could also be the settings of GBs that make you take that much of time, try different GBs after a certain period of time.
