i hate this part of project zomboid. like it's already closed off and it's still counted as "outside". it's nice to know the time and effort you put in just to realized that what you built was useless. i had to spend more time due to bug not letting me upgrade the walls inside so had to make extra floor just to finish it.🥲

So the room does not get created
