Hello everyone, are you looking for a bit of a challenge? A little more realism? Then you are exactly right here :).
The admin has put a lot of effort and tries to do everything to make the server bug free (I would say >90% bug free).
We are already a small fine group of people who lives spread over a few cities.
Here you can progress moderately, not too fast and not too slow, but just right (according to my feeling). And the most important thing, you must always be afraid! There is only one life and no cure! A little thrill must be. But there are books for all skills 😉 (these are not so quick to find, the loot is pretty rare ;).
and have fun finding the first car that is also drivable (also quite rare (the quality of the car parts), that's just how it is in the zombie apocalypse) 😄

I think this title here is a little bit misleading. The server has not been wiped - it is brand new setup with a lot of love, care and time.
Also the settings are not the easiest for everyone, but challenging - I do also recommend it for new players. If you can handle this server, you understood how to play Zomboid.
And there are a lot of other players which are ready to help you out whenever they can.
Teaming up is also a good way to survive 😏
Be smarter than the zombies, sneak, hide and also sometimes just run (as long as you can at least).
The admin is listening to feedback and will help you out of any situation asap.

If you are looking for real post apocalyptic experience on very well designed and maintained server look no more, Phoenix Hill is as close to perfect PZ experience as it gets. Fine tuned mods and settings, active admin and player base, best server i have ever played.

This server is for people who likes to put effort into earning something with scarce loot, though the wide variation of items you can find or craft, makes up for it. But, if you feel like there are things you just can't get, I'm sure most of the players here will always be up to trade, or just help you out if you're struggling with something.
Everything you will achieve will feel valuable as you keep progressing, while many QoL mods will help you throughout your journey.
The extra maps that has been picked will make sure the overall map won't feel empty, lot of place to explore or scavenge and cool areas where you can set up your base.
Overall server performance is great, runs smoothly and it feels balanced even with like 200 mods, 24/7.
Active owner makes sure if there's any bug reports it will be resolved quickly, listens to the community feedbacks and last but not least, if you feel like your hardcore experience could use a little extra something or there are no more challenges for you, he can always spice things up a bit.

Server is really fun! If you like working for progress, and not having everything handed to you on a silver platter then this is for you! Its been awhile since i actually felt a sense of loss after dying on any PZ server, Been awhile where i have had to put any real thought in. Server admin is great, takes suggestions from community members, and listens! Fully recommend, Great fun.
