my items dropped on the floor of my base, when picked up from me or my friend, when rejoining, reappearing, for example, a pop after my friend drinks it and throws the can in the trash, iit would still be there on my screen, and the next day when i host again, he would see the pop again. Playing with a crap ton of mods, 4.5g ram, no lag though just the weird glitch. tysm!!

also, don't know if this is related but player made buildings are disappearing (different save with less mods)

If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.
